At Lepro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home lighting and smart decor. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a smooth inspection process.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
